Rezani Aziz Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Rezani has driven Adfactors PR Lanka’s overall growth since she joined as its founding CEO in 2014. She gives the firm’s staff and clients the benefit of over 25 years of experience in corporate communications and public affairs. Her imprint is found primarily in work with advocacy for industry bodies. Before Adfactors PR, she was the Chief Operating Officer for the Sri Lanka affiliate of Burson-Marsteller and head of corporate affairs at Standard Chartered Bank.
Rezani’s forte includes strong media relations, KOL engagement, crisis mitigation and management, aside from corporate reputation and brand PR.
She volunteers her time for women's entrepreneurship development.

Thilina Samarasinghe Senior Account Director
Thilina Samarasinghe brings over two decades of experience to the field of media and PR. His journey in this industry includes an eight-year stint as a Business Editor at the prominent investigative newspaper Ravaya. Thilina is celebrated as the recipient of the prestigious award for Sri Lanka's Best Business and Financial Journalist in the Sinhala medium, a distinction bestowed upon him in 2005, 2006, and 2012.
He holds a postgraduate diploma in mass communication and a diploma in marketing, both affiliated with a reputable UK university. Thilina is an instrumental team member responsible for managing PR activities for some of Sri Lanka's largest and most recognizable corporate brands.

Channa Fernandopulle Senior Account Director
Channa Fernandopulle brings over 14 years of experience in macroeconomics, business, technology, travel & lifestyle journalism, and corporate communications to Adfactors PR Lanka. His academic background includes an LLB from the University of London. Channa's career path has been diverse, encompassing roles as a business journalist for leading English-language daily publications. He also has rich experience in the field of law and legal research for a private practice, in addition to developing communications, marketing, and research for a leading ERP Services provider.
As a Senior Account Director, Channa has led communication efforts for corporate brands and associations in banking, diversified conglomerates, telecommunications, plantations, and apparel sectors. His expertise in technology and AI-driven communications has been pivotal in shaping Adfactors Sri Lanka's knowledge-driven approach.

Hiyal Biyagamage Senior Account Director
Hiyal Biyagamage, Senior Account Director at Adfactors PR Lanka, combines a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University College Dublin with more than a decade of experience in Journalism, Public Relations, and Corporate Communications. He holds a postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and Communications from the Mudra Institute of Communications (MICA), India.
Hiyal's professional trajectory includes serving as an Assistant Manager at a reputable Sri Lankan PR agency and as a technology journalist for a prominent English-language publication.

With over eight years of experience in media relations, media analytics, and media tracking, Amila leads new business development initiatives, media monitoring, and real-time monitoring operations at Adfactors PR Lanka. He is responsible for overseeing operations in SAARC, ensuring that clients receive top-notch service and expertise. As a member of the Adfactors PR Millennial Board, Amila remains at the forefront of industry trends and drives innovation within the organization. In addition to his extensive experience, he is proficient in technologies including Meltwater, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Apache Superset. These tools equip him with accurate and actionable insights, assisting the team in making informed business decisions.
