Mumbai, 3rd October 2012: Adfactors PR appointed Atul Sharma as Chief People's officer at its Mumbai office to look after the company's HR needs.
As the Chief People Officer at Adfactors, he will be responsible for development and deployment of HR strategy for the company bringing world class people practices to drive effective leadership capability development, performance management and rewards that enhance overall strategic advantage of the company over its competitors.

A gold medallist in Masters in Human Resource Management and IR from Kurukshetra University, Atul Sharma has over 15 years' experience in all functional areas of Human Resource Development.
Atul has spent a large part of his career in the telecom industry and has been responsible for building teams in high-growth, people-centric organizations. He has been an advisor and partner to CEOs on board matters, executive assessment, succession planning, and executive compensation. Atul has also partnered with senior management teams to build long-term employee plans for various businesses.
He held senior positions at Airtel, Reliance Communications and Escotel (Now Idea Cellular) and was Director-Talent Management at Sistema Shyam TeleServices (MTS India) just before joining Adfactors PR. He has also attended Executive Programs on Leadership Development at IIM, Bangalore.
Atul has an impressive record of leading large-scale growth and efficiency initiatives, building customer-centric teams and transforming corporate environments while being sensitive to values and traditions of the past.
