Do you take interns?

Yes, we do take interns, typically after they complete their education. Successful interns are then absorbed into executive roles.

Beginning 2012, we will be taking summer internships as well.

Training

Adfactors PR has a practical, real-world approach to training, customized for different levels and in many cases, for individuals.

At the executive level, the training is designed to develop the all-round skills necessary to be a successful public relations professional.

At the manager level, the training is directed at enhancing leadership and consulting skills.

At senior levels, the programs aim to create successful leaders who can independently manage their own business verticals. In the last three years, our senior members have undergone training programs organized by leading business schools like the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, The Harvard Business School and the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Diversity

An organisation is as diverse as its people.

Adfactors PR is a microcosm of India with people of different ages, cultures, lifestyles, regions and religions working together to create our own unique culture. We also encourage variety in academic and professional backgrounds.

This diversity goes hand-in-hand with equality.

We believe every employee is entitled to equal opportunities and must be treated with respect and fairness irrespective of background, gender, marital status, religion or beliefs.
