Can you describe the typical recruitment process?

The first step is for you to submit your application for a specific position.

If we feel your application meets expectations, our recruiting team will contact you to schedule a telephone interview.

If the telephone interview goes well, you will be asked to come in for an initial round of interviews with the recruitment team. This will include a writing assessment and project work.

Finally, the Adfactors PR senior leadership team will interview you.
